Tag is a boutique firm founded in 2002, known for its proactive and hands-on approach, offering tailored services to meet the evoling corporate regulatory challenges and needs of modern businesses.

Specialising in corporate secretarial, advisory and payroll services, Tag services caters to clients across the business spectrum, from start-ups to public companies and providing support throughout the entire business lifecycle including listing in Bursa.

Meet Our Team

  • Selva Kumari Karuppiah

    Kumari currently serves as the Director at Tag Corporate Sdn. Bhd., overseeing the management of the company. In addition to this role, she has more than 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and advisory. She is also responsible for managing HR Compliance & Advisory services. She is an Associate Member at the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and possesses a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.

  • Saraswathy Kamawadi

    Saras is a Fellow member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and has more than 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and advisory. She has been working with professional firms of various sizes in Malaysia and Singapore. She has vast experience in corporate secretarial practice, initial public offerings and corporate exercises on Main, ACE and LEAP Markets of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

  • Puspa Atihapan

    Puspa possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is licensed as a practicing Company Secretary by the CCM. She has worked at prominent secretarial firms in Malaysia, assisting multinational corporations and listed companies. Her proficiency encompasses tasks such as company secretarial compliance, performing corporate due diligence, participating in meetings, and making submissions to various governmental bodies.

  • Azmah Binti Mustapha

    Azie possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Finance and has more than 15 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and advisory. Her proficiency encompasses tasks such as company secretarial compliance, performing corporate due diligence, participating in meetings, and making submissions to various governmental bodies.
